做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
