做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
