做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
