做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
