做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
