做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
