做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
