做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
