做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
