做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
