做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
