做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
