做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
