做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
