做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
