做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
