做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
