做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
