做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
