做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
