做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
