做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
