做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
