做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
