做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
