做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
