做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
