做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
