做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
