做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
