做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
