做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
