做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
