做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
