做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
