做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
