做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
