做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
