做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
