做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
