做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
