做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
