做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
