做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
