做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
