做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
