做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
