做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
