做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
