做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
